Daniel Lance is an accomplished technical professional, his focus is on industrial control system cyber security. He served as a lead engineer to a commercial security integrator, heavily involved in rapid development and deployment of electronic force protection he has extensive experience in applied electronics designing programable logic controllers, computer networking intrusion detection and evasion techniques with a working knowledge of programming expertise with a keen interest in and understanding of applied physics. Daniel is a frequent speaker on the topic of industrial cyber security. And a fun fact about Daniel is he has over 40 NVD indicators credited to him.

Thierry has served as an electrical engineer in the electric utility field for over a decade; and most recently as an SME at a Generator Owner/Generator Operator in the Reliability First Region. He is a registered Professional Engineer in his home state of Maryland and he has a B.S. in Physics obtained in Cameroon, a BSEE from Capitol College (Laurel, MD), and an MSEE from Michigan Tech. He joined Archer as a Senior Compliance Engineer Consultant with over 7 years of experience in NERC Compliance in addition to 6 years in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of power plants (Solar, Wind, Natural Gas).

Darren Nielsen is a seasoned security and compliance consultant who has worked extensively in physical security since 1990 and in cyber since 2007. During his time as an Associate Director with Guidehouse Inc., Mr. Nielsen played an integral role in the assessment and development of business strategies, organizational structures, and business processes for utility clients and performed assessments and evaluations of client business processes and internal controls, and overall enterprise risk and security.
