Thierry Ngassa is an electrical engineer who has worked in the electric utility field since 2004.  He has worked for a Generator Owner/Generator Operator in the Reliability First region serving as a Subject Matter Expert to the family of O&P Reliability Standards.  He brings experience in North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Operations and Planning (O&P) compliance as well as design, construction, operation, and maintenance of power plants (Solar, Wind, and Natural Gas).  He is results-driven, self-directed, and adept at leveraging superior communication, interpersonal and time-management skills.
