Karl Perman is a skilled business executive with experience in business protection, compliance, risk management, human resources and law enforcement. He has created, evaluated and implemented NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) and Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance programs for electric generation and transmission entities. Karl has expertise with a myriad of regulations and has served as an auditor for a Regional Entity. Prior to entering the private sector, Karl was a law enforcement officer with service at the Federal and municipal levels. Karl is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Security Magazine recognized Karl in 2011 as one of the “Most Influential People in Security”.
