No CommentsDarren Nielsen is a seasoned security and compliance consultant who has worked extensively in physical security since 1990 and in cyber since 2007. During his time as an Associate Director with Guidehouse Inc., Mr. Nielsen played an integral role in the assessment and development of business strategies, organizational structures, and business processes for utility clients and performed assessments and evaluations of client business processes and internal controls, and overall enterprise risk and security. His broad physical security and leadership experience enables him to successfully manage multiple projects with differing timelines and budgets to ensure the delivery of cost-effective client solutions. He has demonstrated success in providing guidance on utility level regulatory compliance; developing and implementing security programs to support continuous quality improvement; and reducing enterprise risk and promoting cross-functional collaboration.

King Mars has over 15 years of experience in physical security. Mr. Mars has worked as an Account Manager for two different security firms for critical infrastructures in Washington State. He has also been a School Resource Officer (SRO) manger for 5 different school districts. Mr. Mars is also a Marine Corps veteran where he spent part of his time as a combat instructor for the future leaders of the USMC and foreign officers from around the world. Mr. Mars has been a member of the WECC Physical Security Work group, Utility Security Council for ASIS and the National Organization for School Resource Officers.

Scott is an accomplished utility system professional with 31 years of electric industry operations and compliance experience.
