Michelle leads the charge in building a strong and enhanced HR department, functions, and strategy and is streamlining the recruiting and onboarding processes, evaluating compensation and benefits, and revising HR compliance. With experience spanning both the United States and Canada, her expertise in every facet of Human Resources is constantly growing and transforming. She is at the forefront of everything from talent engagement to total rewards, performance management to employee wellness and safety, and employee training. Not only does she possess SHRM-CP certification, but she also possesses an unwavering determination by studying to acquire the SHRM-SCP credential and other HR-related certifications.
Before joining the Archer team, Michelle honed her sales skills and expertise at Tektronix, where she successfully navigated the complexities of the inside account manager role. She excelled at spearheading business development initiatives and fostering seamless collaboration with RF and electrical engineers. She provided solutions to an extensive range of esteemed clients – from respected military and government sectors such as NASA, NIST, the Department of the Navy, and the Air Force to prestigious universities, contractors, and other prominent accounts. Her education came from the University of Phoenix, where she earned a degree in Business Management.
Michelle’s strongest areas of excellence are creativity, determination, ethics, and the ability to cultivate meaningful relationships. Her unique skill is building rapport and trust with colleagues, enabling her to discover company and employee needs and create solutions that align with those demands.
