He has extensive experience developing new business utilities, primarily focused around automation and system configuration, is able to define and create new processes and applications rapidly and effectively, and excels in design, creation, and maintenance of complex documents and procedures, while simultaneously making these documents easy for readers to understand and follow. He has designed, implemented, and provided administration of complex business automation workflows and procedures, with a specific focus on the SigmaFlow environment and has also developed new processes for dealing with compliance requirements and worked with business users to ensure they could proactively resolve issues without needing additional assistance.
In the area of Network Design and Administration, he has extensive knowledge of general networking and network related troubleshooting; including TCP/IP configurations, subnet settings, and physical hardware devices, experience in high level network design and development, and strong familiarity with Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco Firepower NGIPS systems, Juniper JUNOS configuration, Nexus switching systems, VMware vSphere and ESXi systems (high-availability clustering), as well as other related technologies
