“We only want what’s best for the client. I know that comes across from our entire team, but I fully appreciate the opportunity to be a part of helping our clients be better.” Her focuses are on the client and on embodying the values of Archer’s leadership.

When asked about Archer’s managing partners’ most important organizational value, she quickly responded, “Honesty with open communication. We are honest and open in all our dealings. We want to be 100% honest so that everyone knows what’s coming at them, whether we are conversing with a client or an employee. I feel the open communication goes a long way.”

Archer’s managing partners and leadership team strongly desire to empower its staff to support the company’s goals and objectives. “We consistently hire people who can work independently to get the job done, and I hugely appreciate that.”

The best advice for someone who desires to work for Archer: “Come prepared to work independently but know that you are supported on all fronts. There’s a team of people whom you can call on immediately when you have questions and needs.”

By providing Archer’s employees the opportunity to work independently and make certain decisions, they can learn and grow. That growth process leads to future successes and turns employees into potential leaders. That’s empowering!
