Rick’s customer relations expertise began in the mid 90’s as talks of deregulation hit the public and expanded widely since that time. Creative problem solving defined his successful career at Verizon for over 15 years as he consistently exceeded established objectives and continually surpassed client expectations.
Mr. Tonole does not have a “sale at all cost” mentality, rather his main objective is ensuring the clients’ needs are met.
