Larisa Breton is a holistic security practitioner with cybersecurity, service management, and policy portfolio expertise with Federal agencies and NATO. Larisa also is a curricula designer for higher education and professional training. She is adjunct faculty and a Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation-funded digital fellow at the University of Alaska Southeast.
