Mr. Carr offers a unique ‘triad’ perspective and expertise to Archer’s clients. He brings hands-on experience in security and compliance program management for a large electric utility, regulatory compliance auditing and enforcement, and a successful track record guiding critical infrastructure clients through the complexities of FERC, NERC, TSA, and other regulatory security requirements.
